They’re def uptown. Maybe not as visible as other places but I’ve seen a bunch. I think this whole effort gained a lot more steam than latoya and her people realized and now they’re panicking to push back.

There might not be as many, but they definitely have the largest one that could be visible from a mile away there on St. Charles Ave. in front of one of the most prominent homes. On the left side of the sign, it says "SAVE NEW ORLEANS".
