There's a stipulation in Mickey's amended contract where he automatically gets to keep his old job if a different coach is hired. Contract details

Joseph was at the game last night. They will prob try & keep him considering guys like Trey Palmer & ajay allen are making a big impact & guys like Decoldest @ Omarion are in the barrell

nah

They would buy him out if the new coach wanted someone else. It's just the cost of doing business and a reward for stepping up and taking over that shite show.
