Daniels is a runner. Injury will always be a what if with him at any level. You play to win the game this week or any other week. You owe it to way too many to not to play for victory each Saturday. Daniels understands this and so does Kelly and both are ok with where they are right now.
What if Jayden gets hurt 1st play against the Lobos? Since LSu wasnt winning any major hardware this year anyway, it will not be a major catastrophe. Its not like if Burrow wouldve went down in 2019.
You do gain some playing time for your next 2 QB's which both have very high ceilings as you move the alignment into 2023 and beyond. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
On a personal side note, if Daniels isnt the QB, it just will not be as much fun for me personally. I cant wait to see this Man play QB each game, what a talent!

Running qbs typically have less injury than pocket passers. They are more used to contact, more athletic, and more often then not are not getting hit in awkward positions. It’s the way he’s always played. He’s fine.
