It's not unfair because Miles acheived more with Saban's players than Saban did

giving 2001 to dinardo, saban had 1 SEC title and 1 national title while building a program up from shite

miles has 1 SEC title and 1 national title while maintaining a well-oiled machine

Dinardo, Watts, and Reeves could have very well accomplished what Saban did with the Clayton/ Spears class comimg to LSU regardless.

saban got those guys to stay in state and go to LSU. don't forget marquise hill. all 3 were gone pecans without saban

Let's quit pretending LSU was in shambles when Saban got here because it wasn't. LSU was only a DC away in 1998 and DC/OC away in 1999 for being 9-10 win teams. LSU with good OC/DC's were 10-2 and 9-3 prior to these two years and were still recruiting very good players and had Clayton/Spear/Hill just on the horizon.

I didn't forget Hill, just assumed people would know what was meant from Clayton/Spears CLASS. You can give credit to Saban if you want to, but they were coming to LSU regardless even if you want to say such foolishness as "all 3 were gone pecans without saban".
