The WiFi is managed by the Athletic Department normally and is not tied to a cellular provider. The stadium WiFi is normally not even tied to the regular school WiFi.
Wireless LAN the entire stadium, make sure you've got enough bandwidth (10G+), provide high limits on the guest (or dedicated) network on game days, and boom....best internet access possible.
