It is amazing that the race of the shooter is a given. But the age could be the difference in the punishment if caught. A juvenile will basically get detention. Even if this guy has a rap sheet a mile long, he will get out in less than 10 years. If they catch him. Things are going down hill and getting angry won't make a difference in the grand scheme of things. We have let the woke culture destroy our once great nation.
