Seriously, what motivation would BRPD have solving this, other than the obvious "none".
The mayor and Chief are winning awards while the city is going to shite. Their voters are only making it worse. People like this girl are the ones the left want to leave behind and replace anyway.

LSU should have some motivation solving it. Reading the latest Maddie Brooks rape story on the front page of FoxNews.com with the term ‘LSU’ blazed across the headline is just another clear win for my university.

I’m gonna say they don’t frickin care at all. Just another statistic.
The mayor has other things to worry about, like her MOVEBR program, and trying to get that storm water BS slipped through.
I wish Nakamoto would investigate how much tax money they collected to synchronize the traffic lights and build the sidewalks and fix the roads and where the money went and who got what.
