The best definition of a good manager I have heard is when something is not working you CHANGE. If that doesn't work, CHANGE again. Jerry Jones won't change the top guy, himself.
Most would conclude, after so many years with Jason Garrett, that he can't evaluate and demand excellence at the head coaching spot. With player contracts like the one, Ezekiel Elliot and Dak Prescott are currently carrying around, it really is a hopeless endeavor to build a sustainable product. With that type of ongoing ego and stubbornness, I decided to move on long ago.
