It's very odd. Russia could likely crush them quickly but they aren't.

Russia is studying Western capabilities against their C and D Teams. Every time anything actually comes close to threatening Russian territory or actual interests, they surge. It's no accident. They're a big cat toying with their prey. Meanwhile, the West is scrambling to solve their winter fuel predicament without accepting a humiliating defeat to an underwhelming Russian war effort.

you miss where USA and eastern euro neighbors are giving Ukraine heavy artillery?
we give them drones?
Poland and Slovakia give them airplanes?
they are not in this alone.
