Anyone else's plumerias not blooming this year?

We have several and none of them have bloomed. I think last year they started in May. This is the first year they have never bloomed.

They need sun. Daily rains do not offer that.

mine have been beautiful, I have mine in the front garden, it gets great sun, but also probably gets some minimal overhead protection for shade and rain as well.

True, but we had plenty of sun in June/July.
