Who would rent a house to a fraternity? How do you possibly insure something like that?

They are renting as individuals, but using it as a fraternity house. This will be the future of fraternities. Liberal campuses are out to get them.

The same way all landlords for college student housing get insured (and how fraternity houses in general get insured).
