3 wheel biker

Not sure where to post this? Trying to locate a guy by the name of Josh riding a 3 wheel bicycle with a small tan and white dog trying to get back home to Oregon. Last seen and stopped to help him on wed afternoon aug 31st on Airline hwy in B.R. near home depot at !coursey heading north. He has to cross the mississippi river by ferry or old bridge (which would not be possible without help). I Want to get him a bus ticket home. Have driven all over for 4 days but no luck. Has anyone seen a white male mid 40 ish on 3 wheel bike with yellow flag and a small dog? I know its a long shot but any help is appreciated!!
