No doubt. Don't laugh, but we really need to have a suffocating defensive performance against Tulane. These guys need a confidence builder in a big way.
One other thing...I really think that some underestimate the impact of the Gustav/Troy St postponement. This hurt our team at a crucial time and I truly believe that game was an important (and relatively low-pressure) tune-up before hitting the meat of our schedule.

Good point. I think the win at Auburn diminished the impact of the Troy game being postponed in the minds of many. But I agree, with a young team these tune-up games are needed.
