quote:

Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

18 U.S. Code § 610 - Coercion of political activity

quote:

It shall be unlawful for any person to intimidate, threaten, command, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, command, or coerce, any employee of the Federal Government as defined in section 7322(1) of title 5, United States Code, to engage in, or not to engage in, any political activity, including, but not limited to, voting or refusing to vote for any candidate or measure in any election, making or refusing to make any political contribution, or working or refusing to work on behalf of any candidate. Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

quote:

"But first, let's be honest with each other and with ourselves. "Too much of what's happening in our country today is not normal. "Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.

quote:

"But there's no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans. And that is a threat to this country. These are hard things. "But I'm an American president. Not a president of red America, blue America. For all Americans. "I believe it's my duty, my duty to level with you, to tell the truth, no matter how difficult, no matter how painful.

quote:

"And here, in my view, is what is true. "MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution, do not believe in the rule of law. They did not recognize the will of the people and refuse to accept the results of a free election. "And they're working right now, as I speak in state after state, to give power to the side elections in America. To partisans and cronies, empowering election deniers and undermine democracy itself.

quote:

"That's why respected conservatives, like federal Circuit Court Judge Michael Luttig, has called Trump and extreme MAGA Republicans a clear and present danger to our democracy.

quote:

"I agree Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth but in the shadow of lies. "Together we can choose a different path. We can choose a better path forward to the future. A future of possibility, a future to build and dream and hope. We're on that path moving ahead.

quote:

"MAGA Republicans believe that for them to succeed, everyone else has to fail. They believe America is not like I believe about America. I believe America is big enough for all of us to succeed. And that is a nation we're building, a nation where no one is left behind.

quote:

"And if we do our duty—if we do our duty in '22 and beyond—then ages still to come will say, we, all of us here, we kept the faith. We preserved democracy. We heeded not our worst instinct, but our better angels.

If Biden receives the entire year sentence, he would probably die in jail.

I agree, never seen anything like this, Biden and his handlers that ok’d that speech are clear and present dangers, with power. Don’t trust him saying it, look at his policies and what he’s done. Inflation, taxing during an inflation crisis ( my god), the border, crime, opera grooming and indoctrination of the kids, now this…?

He is basically saying the Democratic Party and their radical agenda have taken over as the constitution of the United States, which most know is a lie.

Reading it is somehow worse.

Is anyone going to ask him how many evil people there are in America and what he plans on doing with those numbers likely in the millions?

No the F he won’t. They won’t even send his colossal failure of a son to prison with clear cut evidence in hand.
