Mayor has blamed the failures on everything under the sun but, it's his lack of leadership and his administration for not keeping up maintenance on the main water treatment plant. Jackson has been under boil water notice for like 4 weeks now I think.

Are they having the same issues though? Arizona and Nevada have something in common that Mississippi doesn't...they're in the fricking desert
Their water issues aren't caused by inept and corrupt leadership like Jackson.
