2 were from Little Elm. Don’t know where in Little Elm they live, but FriscoISD covers a small part of Little Elm. FriscoISD also cover a little of Plano and McKinney. A lot of apartments built in these areas especially in Plano. Frisco rezoned areas not originally zoned for apartments for mixed developments with apartments & retail without rezoning existing apartment zones which also developed on top of the ones around since 90s to maybe very early 2000s, so the city of Frisco is doing it to FISD now as well with a lot of newer apartments while still having many aging ones ripe for sect 8 or relatively cheap. Some of the older apartments were more likely to be in news for more violent/weapon involved crime committed by perps of color (Where it occurred or where perps arrested).

Edit to add below:

Also this happened earlier in the summer. After robbing juveniles the Frisco resident decided to go ahead and sexual assault 1 of them.

On Thursday, June 30, 2022, Frisco Police arrested 18-year-old Jackson Clevenger of Plano for Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and 20-year-old Clayton Isaac Jr. of Frisco for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.

On June 27, 2022, it was reported to Frisco Police that Clevenger and Isaac had stolen property from two juvenile victims while utilizing a deadly weapon in the 2000 block of Lebanon Rd. During the robbery, Isaac sexually assaulted one of the identified juveniles while continuing to exhibit a deadly weapon. After a thorough investigation by Frisco Detectives, arrest warrants were obtained for both Clevenger and Isaac and they were arrested shortly thereafter. The bond for Clevenger was listed at $500,000 and the bond for Isaac was listed at $750,000. They were both transferred to the Denton County Jail.

Isaac the Frisco resident is on the left.
