I almost flattened a dude a few months ago in Houston going the wrong way up an exit ramp on a 4 wheeler in HTX. Usual suspects as you could imagine

Say what y’all want about south texas and the Messicans but this just doesn’t happen here. I can’t imagine living in a typical southern city.
