I lived in Finland for two years. Great schools, great health care, incredibly safe.
The downside is - the place is very cold and about as exciting as working for the Post Office.
Both men and women get very drunk, very often. There are cruise ships that leave Helsinki go into international waters, people get crap faced at the casino, the bar, the "Disco" and 24 hours later they go back. Sometimes they go to Stockholm. The reason for this (not staying on land) is the booze is super cheap - no high scandinavian taxes in international waters!
