Depends on the casino of choice and max bet of 3 coins so $3 dollars a spin, that one credit a spin won’t get you in the Top Dollar or Pinball bonus…

If it is a Louisiana casino, I am taking the cash.

If it is a Mississippi casino, I would do the spins.

In my 15 years of gambling, I have yet to get a hand pay in Louisiana. The closest I got was winning 2,500 in free play at the Treasure Chest several years ago, but lost on most of it.

In Mississippi, I got 2 hand pays in July. Both were on penny machines. One was a 3,600 jackpot on a penny machine betting 88 cents. Another jackpot was for 1850 betting 1.50 on a penny machine. I also hit a few grand with some wins under 1,200 dollars that were tax free.

Federal taxes will be exciting in the spring with that extra income. And I cannot itemize the losses since it would not pay for me to itemize, especially with new IRS agents looking for new revenue.
