You cannot stop. You have to keep moving. In your vehicle you are bigger and faster than them. Do not stop.
For those times you're in traffic and can't move, well....a pistol is your best bet and a vehicle is an extension of your home. Well, in the sane states, anyway.

I don’t understand how anyone in a car lets this happen to them. Mash down on the right pedal and GTFO. My truck sure as hell would win over any bike or “groups of juveniles” on bikes. Mind boggling.
