In fairness, 2020 was a presidential election year. Democrats have no shot at carrying a statewide election in Wyoming, so the midterm Democrat primary is pretty meaningless. At least in presidential primaries, they have a few delegates that'll go toward selecting the Democrat presidential nominee.

16,859 voted in the Democrat Primary in 2018. Still way more than 2022.
