Kind of thinking of trying that, to go in a P-90 rout.

No, not enough of a market for this for me to stock the narrow bobbins or baseplates or mags.
Dimarzio and Rio Grande make excellent soapbar-sized humbuckers and they are substantially cheaper than what I'd charge a client for a custom spec of what you describe.
