The only reason everyone reaches Alec's had is because of his role on SnL and his politics.
The gun having a live round in it is 100% the fault of the property master.
Yeah they go through training. Yes you only pull the trigger when supposed to.
I still put more of the blame on the propmaster. No one blamed the guy that killed Brandon Lee.

It's because he denied like hell that he ever pulled the trigger trying to save his own arse.
