There is only one source defining when/why a person mayNOT seek/hold the office of President of the U. S. A. and that my friend is the Constitution, not some fricken statute.

The OP realizes that Trump later claimed that Obama also likely has nuclear documents.
That is about as close to an admission as you can get without him flat out saying he has them.
1. They are not there.
2. If they are there then they were planted.
3. But also if they are there I declassified them.
4. And, by the way, Obama also has similar documents.

I’m assuming there would be a paper trail if a President declassifies documents.
It shouldn’t be just a verbal action. If that’s the case, why can’t the paper trail be presented to show that the documents were declassified? Then it’s case closed.
