Chow Chow recipe

Checking in to see if anyone has a chow chow recipe? I've found historical threads with recipes that are based around green tomatoes. The chow chow I am looking to make is centered around cayenne peppers. I've had this growing up and am looking to utilize the abundance of cayenne and jalapeno peppers from the garden.

I've never heard of a chow chow like that. Can you describe what else was in it?
Maybe another type would work if you added cayenne to the other ingredients.

Cayenne, garlic, onions, vinegar, etc. I'll contact my uncle to see if he has a recipe and will share here if so.
