Yep. The longer they remain silent, the more obvious they are looking for a fall guy and it will be the guy who helped Epstein get away with a slap on the wrist. His reputation is already in the shitter for helping Epstein stay out of prison so it's not like this can hurt his reputation anymore.

Not our fault. We didn't know. And we can't reveal our informant. And we can't tell you what they told us. And we can't tell you what we found or didn't find. So really I guess the book is closed on this whole thing.
