Nahh.. the QB1 needs 1st team reps for timing... they want to settle on it with a couple weeks to go.
At least the team will know.. and if the practices are open to the media then we'll know who's getting 1st team reps.
Just look at last year at ND. Transfer QB Jack Cone was named starter a couple weeks before their opener. Same thing here i bet.

They’re allowing media access to full scrimmages. They don’t have time to try and hide it whether they officially announce it or not we’ll know
