Show trial.

He was already convicted of murder and given life.

This was the federals with their Racism Trial because the shooters were white and the victim was black.

Seems like a waste of resources. I doubt he will serve any more time than he already would have prior to this ruling.

For my 49 downvoters, please explain to me why a man who was already tried and convicted for murder and sentenced to life in prison, needed a second trial by the federal government?

It's a simple question and I expect a simple answer.
