A single experience??
The best steak I ever had was from a saltgrass in San Antonio back in 2011. Before that was at Tchoup Chop in Orlando.
I’ve had good steaks at Ruth’s Chris, Sullivan’s, Long Horn, Texas Land & Cattle, and even Texas Roadhouse - but none of those places are consistent - I’m sure saltgrass isn’t either.
