Also what happens when you are one of the more likely than not couples that end up in divorce.
If you only have a joint account you are in big trouble for a while. Anyone can just clear that bitch out.

I've asked this question many times in the thread. No one seems to understand and thinks I'm talking about socialism.
Weighted averages for shared bills seems to be a foreign concept, unless both make obscene money and just don't care what they are asked to pay for. I guess I forgot that this is the OT, both couples make $500k a year.
Otherwise, it's a good way to create resentment in a marriage.
