Why are all of you so upset that her friends aren’t happy she’s in jail?

This is a normal reaction from
Someone who knows her personally.

You'll get replies saying bullshite, and other things, then they'll reply and say the same thing you said

Listen, I can't speak the rest, but saying that I'm upset is just a tad going overboard about the situation. I don't think anyone's upset to tell you the truth, we're just giving our opinions about this situation right here. I don't agree with Diggins saying some of the things she said about not wanting to play the game and all of this stuff because no one cares about HER SISTER as a poster put it. This game is paying you a really nice salary that a lot of people in the US wouldn't mind having even though the WNBA isn't a profitable business. So, if you don't wanna play then don't play it, you or your teammates and WNBA players who feel the same. She's basically mad because she wants everyone in the US to feel the same way about Griner that she does, and to me, that's basically - Lol.

I actually feel more sympathetic towards to US marine prisoner that the Russians have in custody. I'm sorry Griner got herself into this, but she is responsible for this because she admitted to being guilty. If the US manages to bring her home with some sought of swap off deal, then great, but the marine prisoner better be included. But you have a poster on here saying that I care more about strangers than I do about star players, well, in this case I do. So, if that's absurd than it's absurd.
