Put that on a Big Mac? Terrible. Go to Red Robin or name a "decent" place that does Beyond burgers? They are actually pretty good.
Key to me is getting burgers "dry". Much healthier. Bring it home and put your own mayo. I use a butter knife not a tablespoon. Put your own cheese. I put one slice, not 4. If the burger comes with a sauce like a patty melt, get it on the side and dip it. Dont put 3 ounces of sauce on your burger.

I want a burger that weights 2 lbs, was cooked by a 400lb black lady in a shack and when I pick it up off the plate there is a pool of grease and condiments left behind to dip bread into
