The figure 4 is easy to break when there is cooperation.
Go to a wrestling school and have the trainer do a shoot with you.

And some of them were real wrestlers. Like the Iron Sheik, he was really a champion wrestler from Iran and they say if he had wanted to he could have tied Hulk Hogan into a knot
