In the Tamale thread a couple people speak of Herb's Wings. Tell us more about these mysterious wings... Where can they be purchased and consumed???

Actually Tim & Herb's wings. Additionally, the tamales are better with herb's home made chili.

I’m guessing that Herbie didn’t prepare his famous “Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce” to go with the wings. If he had you would be bragging about that too!
