If he is going to talk about it, he needs to be pointed and articulate about it.

If he's just going to repeat the line "We won, we won bigly" it's just an empty bloviation. People for the most part already have their minds made up, there was cheating that put Biden in office, or there wasn't enough cheating to put Biden in office. He isn't going to change any hearts and minds by simply claiming it was stolen over and over. If he's going to talk aobut it, it needs to be in specific terms, like- "Here are fourteen sworn affidavits from the poll workers that said people were rescanning the same Biden ballots over and over, here they are, read them. Here is verified video showing poll workers handing out sharpies to voters when the instructions are to not use sharpies or they won't be scanned- all in heavy republican areas." Etc. He needs to echo what the experts have already uncovered, if he wants to actually convince anyone on the fence that it was stolen. But I don't think there's many people on the fence to begin with. And I don't think there are people on one side who will change their mind from what they already believe on the subject. Some, yes. How many, I don't think many.
