Youtube algorithm change? The new videos are pretty static

So Youtube always goes through algo changes. The last one I remember was a few years ago where when you searched or something or watched it you REALLY got send recommendations for those specific types of videos or the creators.

But over the past week or 2 it seems like my page is very static. It almost resembles a normal streaming service these days. Is this just a "me" problem or is anyone else experiencing this?
