Go to Heathrow, board plane, fly to states.
ETA: I kid. I have watched some games overseas on the ESPN app, but it doesn't always work even with a VPN. Sometimes the app recognizes a VNP and makes you turn it off. I used to be able to find some streams on Reddit too. It's really hit or miss.
Where in England is he? Sports bars are usually an option overseas too.

He's about two hours north of London. I forget the name of his little village. I'm going to send him a link to this thread. Maybe he'll sign in and ask his own questions.
