I installed one myself for the purpose of a bike rack, so no electrical running to it. It was easy enough to do myself. Only thing besides bolting it on was having to run a tap through the threads to clear them out from crud that had accumulated.

Mine had 17 mm bolts already in the subframe rails for the hitch waiting to be used to mount the rack*.
Easy with the bolts already in situ.
* Also "mount the rack" usually precedes my delivery of a pearl necklace.
