Anyone can get investigated or tried in the court by Federal Govt. for tax fraud/evasion. Not everyone enjoys the same privilege's and capacity to hire Billy Gibbens however.
So a bit of an odd statement from him. It's as if he believes the nation should be run like the city of new orleans where there are no consequences for illegal actions.
