People seem to think they can shock their bodies into quick weight loss and when that doesn’t happen they give up and gain even more. Some people can’t accept that it’s gonna take a while to get weight off, just like it took a while to put it on. Time just seems to move slower when you’re paying attention to something rather than eating whatever and gaining weight.
