Our main gripe was the obvious profanity that was “bleeped” out. The turtle was a great character that didn’t need that type cheap joke. One might be okay, as it could pass over a kids head, but after 3-4 it was just overkill.

Also, the Lesbian couple at the beginning (and possible other gay couple at the end of the movie) wasn’t an issue…however as you pointed out just about every movie/show has that element as well. It just seems forced. Something like 10% of the US population is LGBT+, but seems like it has to be a requirement in all media to insert some variation of that. No big deal, but it just seems untenable long term. For instance, like 10% of US citizens identify as Hindi, but I rarely see the Hindu culture represented in film/tv.

TL/DR: they needed to add a super pet who was Hindi
