Exactly!
Also Trump was very proactive with travel restrictions...so the people who say he downplayed the seriousness of the virus obviously were unable to see he was trying to prevent mass panic. He always went with CDC and WHO recommendations. If not in the med community who wouldn't? As the pandemic went on is when people started questioning the medical experts.

Absolutely agree.
It’s amazing how all these retrospective decision makers who have the luxury of 2nd guessing & criticizing after-the-fact aren’t multi-billionaires. I’m certain they know well before any market changes how to invest with their crystal balls
