I’m man enough to admit that at one point I got on Lexapro, an SSRI, for about a year and it changed the trajectory of my life forever.
I was able to turn things around and learn healthy habits and then ween off the medication.

It’s been years that I’ve been off now and I don’t take anything anymore, my life is in such a great place and my mind and mental health is as good as it’s ever been.

I truly credit that drug for saving my life/allowing me to function in a manner to help me help myself back onto the right path.

So it wasnt the drugs. It was you doing something about your life.

Just like it is for anyone no matter what drugs they did or did not take.

Since we are finding out the drugs do nothing, thats all it comes down to.

Whatever you say man. I’m not going to argue with a random person on the internet about my real life experiences and feelings.

Think whatever you want, have a nice day
