I don’t remember the name of the town, but it was in Northern Alabama. We were in Alabama for storm work for one of the storms that came before Katrina. We stopped at some truck stop/restaurant that had a buffet, but you had to pay before getting a glimpse of what was on the buffet. On the buffet line was a tray of gravy and hog jaws, and when I say hog jaws, I mean bones and everything.
