re: Scrap metal collectors/ sellers?

I began scrapping on the side last year. Was cleaning up this property I bought with a lot of abandoned junk on it. Getting dumpsters would cost a fortune. So I started scrapping.

Did well but prices dropped recently, and too much. $135/ton.

I’d ride around and grab appliances around the home area. Almost $20 a pop. It adds up quickly when 10 cents a lb. Earlier this year that is.
