Anyone flown through or visited Canada lately?

Looking at a flight to Europe through Toronto. If I’m reading correctly, all travelers have to be vaccinated and fill out a digital form. Is that right?

Not if you stay in the gate area.
But if you want to see any of the city, or get out, you'll be required to do it. If that's your plan, do it within 72 hours. I would do it anyway if you aren't sure. Canadian border agents are assholes. At least the ones in BC and Yukon.
Otherwise you're good to go.
