Headed down in January and want to spend a day or two offshore fishing sailfish, wahoo & tuna. Anyone have any guide recommendations? TIA

I lived there for a couple years on the south side which had not a lot of charter activity. the north side drops very quickly into very deep water that holds a bit more action.
