I agree with the article these shooters are allowed to go on killing without interruption too often. But in my opinion the solution would be more upstanding citizens legally carrying and prepared to act in these situations. You’d have fewer of these incidents if the attacker feared being killed. How many of these shootings are stopped by leos? In my experience cops don’t usually stop crime they just write the report afterwards.
