Yep. In college I merely disliked Billy. It took me another 6 years to truly hate him. His Joey's Village venture along with Joey DeStefano was a shite show . He ripped off a few investors to the tune of 6 figures and then disappeared and closed the restaurant after about 6 months....As a New Orleans Asst DA I called in some favors from retired cops to track him down since I was very good friends with the major investor.
