I don't know if Miller would have been a better Flash with better writing, but it's clear that Affleck was able to elevate some bad writing while Miller was not.

Miller needs to be dropped. I don't mind Page's acting (pretty good in Umbrella Academy), but I just don't see that working with the Flash's energy levels and generally seen as the "funny" member of the Justice League. They need someone who can handle the physical aspects of the role AND deliver on the comedic timing.

Also they have to look like a fricking human being when they run.

Let's just get Tom Cruise to play an older version of the Flash. He loves to be shown running in his movies and he has good comedic timing when it's called upon him. Throw in Nathan Fillion as an older Hal Jordan and make a "Brave and the Bold" movie.
